In the Kitchen: Sauteed Spinach with Garlic

Today I went to another Cooking Chicks networking luncheons and was inspired by all of the other women and talk of cooking, so I decided to get in that kitchen! Somewhere in our conversations we were talking about Ina Garten, The Barefoot Contessa. I love her simple, rustic style of cooking and her recipes usually turn out awesome. Here’s one of her recipes for Garlic Sautéed Spinach, (check out the link for the video).
