In the Kitchen: Sweet Potato Fries

Down south in Missouri, I had the MOST delicious sweet potato fries EVER. The key ingredient was the brown sugar sprinkled on top. Unable to drive 6.5 hours to get the real deal, I decided to try it on my own. Although they didn’t have the “blow my mind” factor  as the ones I had at Lonny Rays in Missouri, but they were pretty good for taking a shot at home. It’s very easy, and a wonderful side for any summer barbecue.
