Morning Chemex: A-A Cowboy Blend

This past weekend I was at the Ann Arbor farmer’s market and picked up a half pound of A-A Cowboy Blend from Roos Roast. I absolutely love their coffee and their packaging- ( hand printed woodblock designs) a combination which is always a two thumbs up from me!

My tasting notes:

Aroma: brown sugar and caramel, sweetness
Tasting Notes: earthy, grassy, mild hints of licorice and tart grapes, winy, roasted nuts
Brewing Method: Chemex

AA Cowboy Blend: Fair Trade Organic Mexican high ground Oaxaca, roasted medium for a crisp smooth taste.
