Pit Stop in Louisville

Yesterday we started our Southbound Road Trip and made our first pit stop for lunch in Louisville, Kentucky. Louisville seems like such a cool city, just getting a “taste” was enough to know that a future visit might be in the cards… We ate lunch at Hillbilly Tea, a charming tea-cafe serving delicious locally sourced-homegrown southern cooking.
